So let me tell you something about myself…

Growth is an ongoing process in our lives, and mine began at an early age. I was on the other side back then because I was in pain, and I felt invisible and unheard. Always been fascinated by emotions and how they effect others, particularly challenging ones.

Working as an educator

Early career in education led to a passion for children’s joy and pure energy, resulting in a belief that there must be ways to restore children’s default state of mind and natural happiness in adults.

Becoming a mother

After becoming a mother of two wonderful boys, I became even more curious about how it is possible that children are so good at living in the moment, feeling their emotions no matter how frustrating they are, and then returning to their normal happy self without thinking about it again, without rumination.

The transition and life experiences into adulthood undoubtedly provided an answer, so I began researching as much as I could about the human mind and emotions from childhood to adulthood.

Happiness, self-love, trauma, wounds, tough emotions, fears, love, limiting beliefs, resilience, and healthy boundaries, became part of my daily experience; I read and learnt as much as I could about these themes.

As a mother, wife, educator, and human being, I faced numerous hard situations that left me with unanswered questions. There were issues both inside of me and in my world that I lacked the means to deal with properly.

This is how my own journey for a happy life and greater healing began.
I went to therapy for a few years, and while it was challenging to go deep inside and accept responsibility for how I felt and lived, the payoff was tremendous because of the progress and outcomes I achieved.

I decided I wanted to be the person that brought smiles to people’s faces, as well as awareness and positive change into their lives.

Initially I took Mindfulness training and learnt how to look deep within myself, see and feel what is there, accept it, and realized what my true needs are and how to meet them.

I understood that a better life will not come from an outside world, but from within myself. I noticed that my inner condition was directly tied to happier and more loving states of mind, which then led to a better life reality outside of me, and that if I wanted to assist people live a happier life, I required them to live the transition from within. I began mentoring individuals on a daily basis to help them develop self-acceptance, self-love, and present-moment awareness to better understand themselves.

I became interested in assisting individuals in discovering their own answers to life’s critical issues and exploring our ultimate purpose.

Researched and completed coaching courses

That allowed me to get certified in really working with clients in sessions, designing actions for and alongside them to improve their life experience. I became an Inner Life Skills Master Coach, Mindfulness Practitioner, Deep Primary Energy Activation Transformation Trauma Processor, Life Purpose Discoverer, and Relational Intelligence Mentor to better equip myself to help individuals grow and create the lives they desire to live.

Healing

Giving individuals the power to dream and then build the life that makes them happy on the inside and out gave my life new purpose and meaning.

Giving others the tools that I lacked a long time ago was a wonderful blessing that enhanced me and my work life; I felt deeply grateful that I was and am able to assist people obtain the healing that they came here, in this life to experience.
